At QwikLiver, we ensure all digital gift cards and codes are delivered securely and verified instantly after payment.
Because digital items are delivered immediately and cannot be reversed, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds

Once a gift card or digital code is purchased and delivered, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged — regardless of whether it has been redeemed or not.

2. Invalid or Non-Working Codes

In rare cases where a code is invalid or fails to work, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase at support@qwikliver.com.
We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, replace the code at no additional cost.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after payment is completed and the code has been issued.

4. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or refuse transactions in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of our system.
