5. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) or other supported currencies as indicated.
  • Payments must be made through our secure payment gateways.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • By completing a transaction, you authorize Media Force Global LLC to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method.

6. Delivery of Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are delivered instantly or within a few minutes after successful payment confirmation.
  • Delivery occurs via email or directly to the recipient’s account on QwikLiver.
  • In case of delay, please allow up to 24 hours or contact support at support@qwikliver.com.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses or delivery failures due to user input errors.

7. Redemption and Wallet Credits

  • Users can redeem gift codes on the Redeem Page at www.qwikliver.com/redeem.
  • Once a code is redeemed, the corresponding value is credited to the user’s QwikLiver wallet.
  • Wallet funds can be used to make purchases on our platform or withdrawn (subject to approval and applicable limits).
  • Gift cards once redeemed cannot be reused or transferred.

8. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • Once a digital gift card is delivered or redeemed, no refund, return, or exchange is permitted.
  • In rare cases of technical failure or invalid code, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We may replace the code after verification.

9. Wallet Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals from your wallet may require identity verification (KYC).
  • We reserve the right to review and approve withdrawal requests to prevent fraud or misuse.
  • Processing times may vary depending on payment partners or bank timelines.
